Who We’re Looking For :

Experienced Carpenter / Remodeler / Estimator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering top-quality home repairs and remodeling services.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in residential carpentry , remodeling , construction , and estimating .
  • Must reside within our service area.
  • Own your own tools.
  • Clean background and valid driver’s license.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work overhead comfortably.
  • Clean, professional appearance and excellent communication skills.

    • Your Core Skills Should Include :

    We’re looking for multi-skilled tradespeople with experience in at least 3 of the following areas :

  • Carpentry – rough framing, trim work, cabinetry, and general repairs.
  • Drywall – patching, installation, finishing, and texture matching.
  • Remodeling – bathroom remodeling, kitchen renovations, and custom home updates.
  • Estimating – ability to assess jobs and prepare basic estimates using software.
  • Painting – both interior and exterior.
  • Plumbing & Electrical – minor repairs (as legally permitted).
  • Flooring – installation of hardwood, tile, vinyl, and refinishing.
  • Code knowledge – understanding of building codes and residential construction standards.
