Job Description

Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company professionally. Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively. Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

The Successful Applicant

8+ years of experience in commercial or light industrial construction. Proven success managing large-scale projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and scheduling tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. Familiarity with Northwest Indiana market is a plus.
