Contract Management Analyst Co-Op

We are looking for a talented and driven Contract Management Analyst Co-Op. In this role, you will develop and deploy a suite of dashboards that illustrate business and contract performance for our largest US MedTech customers. You will collaborate closely with Customer Solutions Contract Management and Integration teams to deliver a solution that illustrates contract volumes, compliance, and cycle times against business plan, year-to-date target and year-over-year growth.
Key Responsibilities
The Spring Co-Op will partner with the Customer Solutions Account Management organization to support analytics and Business Intelligence related to contracting metrics. The role priorities include creating, leading, and implementing intelligent reporting utilizing Co-Pilot, Gen AI, and the low-code, no-code platforms within the Microsoft environment. Role will also focus on process improvements, partnering across Contract Management, Contract Operations, and Integration teams to drive key KPIs and advanced analytics and insights in support of Customer Solutions priorities. This position will also closely collaborate across Commercial Operations, Information Technology functions (Data, Governance, Analytics) and other work streams to ensure data alignment, consistent reporting, and a focus on improving and building out new capabilities. This role will communicate and drive insights while methodically verifying data accuracy to uncover broader trends that improve Customer Solutions' effectiveness & efficiency in day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
Education : A concentration in Business, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics or Business Intelligence, Economics, Computer programming, or related field with an expected graduation date of no later than June 2026.
Experience extracting detailed data sets from various sources, concatenating, and analyzing is a plus
Strong quantitative and analytic abilities to analyze and validate data
Excellent computer skills including; MS Excel, Power BI or Tableau, MS Word and PowerPoint applications are a must
Experience in data visualization techniques
Experience in data transformation techniques (e.g., Python, R, or SQL) is a plus
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Detail oriented, dependable and motivated
Interested in learning new things and comfortable taking the initiative to seek out projects or new areas of responsibility
The preferred location for this position is Raritan, NJ but is flexible.
This may require up to 10% domestic travel including occasional weekends and / or overnight travel
Project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects with conflicting deadlines
