Mitigation Project Manager

We are NOW HIRING for a Mitigation Project Manager. A great candidate for this role would have previous restoration industry experience supervising production crews and jobs, as well coordinating requirements for production, completing job files, and monitor jobs from start to finish.

As the Mitigation Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned restoration crews. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence. Benefits

Key Responsibilities
Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary softwareNegotiate customer and / or client approval of project scope and estimateSchedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractorsReview job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing processMaintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representativesManage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assetsAdditional Responsibilities
Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviewsProvide priority response to potential customersParticipate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammatesPosition Requirements
Valid driver's licenseHigh school diploma / GED; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferredAt least 2 years of management and / or supervisory experienceAt least 3 years of water / mold / fire / restoration industry experienceIICRC certification a preferredSkills / Physical Demands / Competencies
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)Ability to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objectsAbility to work with / around cleaning agentsAbility to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.Each SERVPRO Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
