Join American Roller on 3rd Shift — 2 Immediate Openings

Step into a precision environment where your craftsmanship keeps manufacturing moving. As an Industrial Roller Coatings Technician at American Roller, you’ll work on the night shift applying and preparing rubber and polymer coatings on industrial rolls used across more than 50 industries worldwide.

Day in the Life

  • Blend and compound rubber / polymer materials to specification.
  • Apply coatings to industrial rolls with tight-tolerance requirements.
  • Interpret basic blueprints and job travelers to plan your work.
  • Measure precisely with micrometers and calipers; verify specs and finishes.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and keep production moving safely and efficiently.
  • Set, track, and achieve incentive-based production rates.
  • Document work using basic computer systems and communicate clearly with teammates.

Schedule, Pay, and Location

  • Openings : (2) 3rd shift roles — immediate start
  • Schedule : Sunday–Thursday, 10 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM (paid lunch)
  • Training : Must be able to train on 1st shift (Monday–Friday, 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM)
  • Pay : $20.00–$23.75 per hour + 4.0% shift premium

  • What You Bring

  • 1+ year of manufacturing experience
  • Comfort with tight tolerances and precision measurement (micrometers, calipers) — preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints — preferred
  • Solid shop math skills
  • Experience compounding and blending materials
  • Equipment troubleshooting aptitude
  • Basic computer literacy and clear communication
  • Background in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to build and meet incentive-based production rates
