Nurse Practitioner – Facility-Based Care | Klamath Falls, OR

We’re offering an exceptional opportunity for a Family, Adult, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate who thrives in a facility-based setting, values autonomy, and is eager to make a meaningful impact through compassionate, relationship-driven care

Post-Acute Care

Nursing Homes

Assisted Living

Memory Care

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM

No evenings, weekends, or holiday on-call requirements

Role Highlights

Deliver high-quality care in facility-based environments

Build lasting relationships with patients and interdisciplinary teams

Exercise clinical autonomy in a supportive, evolving practice model

Qualifications

Current, unrestricted Oregon state license (or ability to obtain)

New graduates are encouraged to apply
