job_description.job_card.job_descriptionHours : NOCS 11 : 00 PM to 8 : 00 or 9 : 00 AM Location : Santa Barbara, CA Client Needs : Gentle assistance, medication reminders, mobility support, and overnight monitoring Has experience with Parkinsons or similar conditions Is calm, patient, and observant Can stay awake and engaged throughout the night Communicates clearly and professionally Punctual arrival to assigned shifts, and timely response to communications Accurate time keeping via secure website Adhere to clients plan of care and BrightStar Care Core Values Document tasks and complete written summary of your clients condition, electronically Prompt reporting of falls, emergencies, etc. Maintain client privacy and confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines of hands-on care experience, including toileting, and personal hygiene Must be 18yrs of age or older Ability to read, write and speak English fluently Valid Drivers License and Insured, Reliable vehicle Willingness and ability to register with the Home Care Aid Registry
