Job Summary
The Club Server will provide greet guests, provide attentive service, answer questions, and resolve any issues to ensure a positive experience. Accurately take food and beverage orders, deliver them to tables, and handle payments for food and drink orders.
- Essential Job Duties
- Carries out all Club orders as assigned including set-up / break-down, equipment, and any additional requirements.
- Monitors the progress of the event, replenishing food and beverage when necessary.
- Properly handles, maintains and cleans equipment such as : linen, silver, china, glassware, fixtures, etc.
- Assists with training of new and current banquet team members as required.
- Maintains professional attire, image and demeanor at all times.
- Attends all meetings as required.
- Complies with all CRVA and BOplex policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as requested.
- Must be able to work flexible hours to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Consistently deliver the best in customer service. Model and be accountable ensuring the customers are always put first by living the CRVA Service Philosophy to deliver memorable customer experiences.
- Champion CRVA’s mission, vision and core values and comply with organizations policies and procedures.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and at least one year of related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Must be fluent in English.Previous experience in hotel, convention center or multi-meeting facility is strongly preferred.Physical Demands
The employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 45 pounds.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk.Work Environment
