Introduction

The developer in this role will be responsible for coding software applications based on business requirements. Assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. The role involves standardizing quality assurance procedures for software, overseeing testing and debugging, and developing fixes. The developer will research complaints and make necessary adjustments and recommendations to resolve complex software-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with software development and debugging
Ability to work independently and make decisions in ambiguous situations

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Coolgen or similar development tools

Familiarity with quality assurance procedures

Understanding of organizational strategy and operating objectives

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Code software applications based on business requirements

Oversee testing and debugging processes

Develop and implement software fixes

Research and resolve complex software-related issues
