Key Responsibilities :

Leading and Managing our Water Treatment Service Technicians

  • Training, mentoring, and managing current and new service technicians
  • Servicing, repairing, and maintaining water treatment systems while diagnosing and troubleshooting any issues
  • Ability to connect with customers to provide options
  • Training and leading your team into a sales culture, serving customers with our products all day every day
  • Building, leading, and managing a high- performance team of water treatment service technicians

Skills and experience we are looking for :

  • Years of Experience in the Water Treatment or Service Technician trade
  • Strong organizational skills, proficient at setting up systems that yield results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both external in community and collaborating with teammates
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A "Get It Done" Mentality
