  • On Call (pager) : 24 hours - OB call and general
  • ~15 shifts per month needed
  • Hospital Only - Inpatient
  • Services offered in the practice : OB, general surgery, limited Ortho, limited Urology, plastic surgery, and GI.
  • Telehealth : No
  • Medical Imaging : No
  • Lab : No
  • Clinic Provider Daily Volume : Approx 60 per week. Days can vary from 6-20
  • EMR : Cerner

    • Submission Requirements

    • Board Certified - [REQUIRED] - will review new graduates as well
    • Active IL License or Active IMLC (please provide LOQ at time of name clear) - [REQUIRED]
