Residential Roofing Superintendent
Phoenix, Arizona
$85,000 – $95,000 base salary + up to $2,500 Quarterly Bonus
Our client is a leading name in the Arizona residential roofing industry, known for integrity, innovation, and a service-first mindset. They are seeking a Residential Roofing Superintendent to oversee daily operations and lead residential roofing crews across the Valley. You'll be the boots-on-the-roof leader responsible for ensuring projects are executed with precision, quality, and safety.
This role requires a driven team leader who thrives in a fast-paced field environment and knows how to keep residential crews on track—from initial tear-off to final inspection.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a daily team of 3–6 roofing professionals, including 1 foreman and multiple crew members
- Coordinate daily project labor and resource needs across multiple job sites
- Monitor and enforce strict adherence to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Inspect work for quality, timelines, and compliance with project specs
- Support the team on-site as needed—including hands-on problem-solving
- Communicate with customers, crews, vendors, and office staff to ensure smooth project execution
- Manage job-site documentation and reporting through mobile tech and checklists
- Present a clean driving record (MVR required); company vehicle and gas card provided
- Uphold and promote company values and professional standards on every job site
- Other duties as assigned

3+ years of residential roofing experience strongly preferred1+ years of field leadership or crew management experienceFamiliarity with Arizona building codes and residential roofing practicesPrior experience with fall protection systems and safety gear requiredMust own proper roofing boots and PPEWorking Conditions and Physical Demands
