Residential Roofing Superintendent

Phoenix, Arizona

$85,000 – $95,000 base salary + up to $2,500 Quarterly Bonus

Our client is a leading name in the Arizona residential roofing industry, known for integrity, innovation, and a service-first mindset. They are seeking a Residential Roofing Superintendent to oversee daily operations and lead residential roofing crews across the Valley. You'll be the boots-on-the-roof leader responsible for ensuring projects are executed with precision, quality, and safety.

This role requires a driven team leader who thrives in a fast-paced field environment and knows how to keep residential crews on track—from initial tear-off to final inspection.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a daily team of 3–6 roofing professionals, including 1 foreman and multiple crew members
• Coordinate daily project labor and resource needs across multiple job sites
• Monitor and enforce strict adherence to OSHA and company safety protocols
• Inspect work for quality, timelines, and compliance with project specs
• Support the team on-site as needed—including hands-on problem-solving
• Communicate with customers, crews, vendors, and office staff to ensure smooth project execution
• Manage job-site documentation and reporting through mobile tech and checklists
• Present a clean driving record (MVR required); company vehicle and gas card provided
• Uphold and promote company values and professional standards on every job site
• Other duties as assigned
