SMT Machine Operator - Temp / Swing

Job Purpose

Sets up and operates a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of the company's product. Works from process sheets or written / verbal instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks. Checks and inspects operation against predetermined tolerances.

Nature of Duties / Responsibilities :

Proficient in the set-up and operation of automated SMT assembly equipment including Screen Printer, Pick and Place Machine (Fuji AIMEXII preferred), and Reflow Oven

Ability to interpret IPC-610 standards for acceptability and customer specifications.

Ability to read prints and interpret color codes on wires and components.

Education and Experience :

Minimum of 4-6 years of experience with SMT

Strong knowledge of Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) electronic components and SMT assembly process

Ability to read, write and communicate in English
