Job Details :

Our esteemed organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Quality Manager to join our team in the Scientific industry. This role is critical to our mission of ensuring the highest standards of quality in all our products and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of our quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in Quality Management Systems (QMS), including PPAP, CAPA, IATF, corrective actions, and document control.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

2. Oversee and manage the production part approval process (PPAP) to ensure product standards and specifications are met.

3. Lead the corrective and preventive action (CAPA) process, identifying areas of non-compliance, implementing corrective actions, and monitoring their effectiveness.

4. Ensure compliance with the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) standards, implementing necessary changes and improvements.

5. Manage and oversee all aspects of document control within the organization, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulations.

6. Conduct regular audits and inspections, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met across all areas of the organization.

8. Develop and deliver training programs to staff on quality management and compliance procedures.

9. Monitor and report on quality metrics, providing regular updates to senior management on the effectiveness of the QMS.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Management role within the Scientific industry.

3. Extensive knowledge and experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), including PPAP, CAPA, IATF, corrective actions, and document control.

4. Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards.

5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements.

6. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and develop staff.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to a variety of audiences.

8. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

9. Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite and other relevant software.

10. Certification as a Quality Engineer (CQE), Quality Auditor (CQA), Quality Manager (CQM), or similar will be an added advantage.
