Job Description

Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline goals. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project scope and deliverables. Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency. Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or risks that arise. Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders, maintaining clear communication. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards across all projects. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth and repeat opportunities. Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
