Paralegal - Assistant Closing Coordinator (Hybrid)

General Description

We are seeking a junior paralegal to join a legal team handling sophisticated real estate finance transactions throughout the United States. The person will work directly with the lead closing coordinator, but will interact directly with attorneys, clients, borrowers, and other third parties. This position is based in our Nashville office.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions

• Gather, organize, summarize, and index documents from multiple sources.
• Attend meetings and closings.
• Prepare documents and correspondence.
• Monitor email traffic.
• Review due diligence materials.
• Format signature pages and create signature packets.
• Run electronic document comparisons.
• Compile electronic closing books.
• Print and mail loan documents.
• Communicate with clients and third parties via email and phone.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
• Special projects and duties as assigned.
