Job Description

A facility located in Flandreau, South Dakota is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our Providers, including one Family Medicine Physician and three Nurse Practitioners. The new Health Center was built in 2017 and provides patients with full medical home model services including urgent care, imagining and onsite CT, full pharmacy, laboratory, case management, optical, dental, behavioral health and an experienced clinical team.
