Location

Naperville, IL – ONSITE POSITION

Responsibilities

  • Probate document drafting
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person
  • Prepare and organize files for meetings and signings
  • Schedule appointments and manage attorney calendars
  • Assist with deed preparation and recording
  • Handle client intake calls and gather key information
  • Maintain accurate case files and use technology to stay organized

    • Qualifications

  • Mid-level paralegal experience preferred within probate law
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Smokeball or similar legal practice software is a bonus
