Shop Hand General Laborer

Shop Hand Position

Pay Rate : $16 to $18 per hour

Schedule : Monday Friday, 6am - 6pm - Mandatory OT

Location : Minden, LA

Position Overview : We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Shop Hand to support daily operations in a shop / warehouse environment. The Shop Hand will assist with general labor tasks, equipment handling, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role is ideal for someone who is safety-minded, reliable, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment.
• Perform general shop duties such as sweeping, cleaning, and organizing work areas.
• Support machine operators and technicians with basic tasks.
• Handle tools, parts, and supplies as directed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.

Requirements :
