Pay Range : $21.00 - $23.00

Schedule : Tuesday : 10am-6pm and Friday : 9am-3pm

Summary :

Receiving clerk responsibilities include :

Inspect food, beverage, and supply deliveries for accuracy and compliance with federal and state food safety regulations.

Put up deliveries in a timely and organized manner.

Organize storerooms in accordance with safety regulations, being mindful of food safety hierarchy and osha guidelines.

Assist chefs with breakfast, lunch, and dinner cooking tasks as needed.

Assist chefs with kitchen cleaning tasks as requested.

Under the supervision of the Executive Chef or Sous Chef, an Assistant Cook is responsible for preparing food as directed by a senior Cook. Plating dishes in an attractive way, and ensuring the quality of different dishes. The assistant Cook is responsible for knowing how to use a variety of techniques to prepare whatever dish he / she is assigned to. Often the assistant cook is assigned to a single station where he / she will be responsible for preparing a single type of food by performing the following duties.

Essential :

• High School diploma or GED
