We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Controller to join our thriving Accounting and Finance team. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach, taking ownership of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Inventory for a farming / processing operation. This role is critical in ensuring timely and accurate entries and month-end close, supporting crop-year P&L reporting, bank / MD&A requests, and grower payments. The Controller will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's financial operations and will be a key player in the company's success.
