As a Pearce Traveling Lead HVAC Installation Technician , you will perform the installation and upgrade of commercial systems. This role requires comprehensive technical knowledge and strong HVAC skills to ensure projects meet budget, safety, and completion goals. This role is a great match for responsible self-starters who are willing to travel. This is a travel position - 80% overnight travel is required but candidates should reside in Fort Wayne, Indiana area.

Core Responsibilities

• Installation Projects : Perform HVAC installation, replacement, and upgrades of commercial cooling systems, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Project Planning : Manage onsite time and workflow to complete projects in an efficient manner.
• Self Sufficiency : Ensure adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
• Site Travel : Travel to remote work sites as needed. 75% Travel Required
• Documentation and Reporting : Complete daily reports and maintain accurate documentation to support project objectives.
• Quality Control and Testing : Conduct performance checks on upgrades and seasonal equipment, verifying system functionality and quality.
• Codes : Experience with State / Local / Federal mechanical and electrical codes.
• Mechanical Drawings : Able to read and understand technical specifications and construction documents to meet engineer and customer's requirements.

Compensation : $25.00-$35.00 hourly / DOE and includes $50 / night per diem when traveling
