Their services include primary care, dental care, behavioral health, and more. They are currently hiring due to growth. POSITION DESCRIPTION : The new physician will provide comprehensive medical services for an underserved patient demographic. The practice can accommodate an all-ages or adult-only patient base. Shifts are scheduled in 10-hour blocks, with 8 hours designated for patient care and 2 hours dedicated for administrative time. Physicians see an average of 17 patients per day, with the support of dedicated clinical assistants. Specific duties of the role include, but are not limited to : - evaluation and treatment of patients - care plan management - assessment of acute needs - chronic condition management - review laboratory and other test results - initiate specialist referrals - participate in care team and staff meetings - provide health education to patients and families The practice uses the Epic EHR.
