UI / UX Designer
Location : NYC (Hybrid Day 1 Onsite)
Key Requirements :
- Strong experience in UI / UX design with expertise in Figma mockups
- Proficiency in standard UX tools (Figma, Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, etc.)
- Strong skills in HTML, CSS / SCSS, and JavaScript
- Experience collaborating with business / users to gather requirements and design complete user experiences
- Deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles
- Solid grasp of User-Centered Design (UCD), user research, usability testing, A / B testing, prototyping, heuristic evaluation, and accessibility standards
- Ability to iterate designs effectively and communicate design processes clearly
- Strong appreciation for design thinking principles
