The Receiving Associate I is responsible for assisting with the receipt, inspection, and documentation of incoming goods under supervision. This role supports the organization of received inventory, communicates basic discrepancies, and ensures proper handling of inbound materials. A forklift license is required
Duties / Responsibilities :
Assist with receiving and inspection of incoming shipmentsEnter dates, lots, and upload packing slips to system accuratelyDocument basic receiving information and escalate discrepanciesOrganize received items and maintain storage areasOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and barcode scannersCommunicate with the receiving team and other departments as neededSupport labeling, staging, and put-away processesMaintain cleanliness and organization in receiving zonesOther duties as assignedRequired Skills / Abilities :
Attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to learn ERP and barcode scanning systemsFamiliarity with receiving paperwork and labelingComfortable using basic computer applicationsForklift certification requiredPhysical ability to lift and move materials and stand for extended periodsEducation and Experience :
