  • Team Development : Practice alongside and mentor\nassociates (including new graduates), participate in recruitment, support\ndoctor performance
  • Strategic Partnership : Drive practice growth through\nactive clinical work and leadership, contribute to budgets and planning,\nchampion client service, lead innovation
