Position Overview :

Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a reputable firm in California to find an experienced Investigations Attorney. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong legal background in investigations and a passion for justice. The successful candidate will be involved in handling complex investigations and ensuring compliance with legal standards.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough and detailed investigations into various legal matters.
  • Analyze and interpret legal documents, regulations, and case law.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients and internal teams.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation on investigation findings.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to strategize and execute case plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal procedures and protocols.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in California.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal investigations.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.

    • Work Hours

    Monday through Friday, first shift.

    • Salary

    The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $180,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
