Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in IT project management or PMO roles. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines Experience with SharePoint and Power BI or other automation tool Strong understanding of IT concepts, including hardware, software, and networking Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL Experience with Osmose’s systems and processes is recommended Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Job Title : IT Project Manager
Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT PMO Project Manager to join our IT Project Management Office. This role is pivotal in shaping and maintaining the processes, tools, and governance frameworks that support successful IT project delivery across the organization. The ideal candidate will also assist in project execution and be responsible for tracking project status, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic goals. These projects focus on, but are not limited to, System Implementations and Enhancements, Infrastructure, Acquisitions, Automations and Operational Improvements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process & Governance Development
Design, implement, and continuously improve IT project management processes and governance standards.
Evaluate, deploy, and maintain project management tools and platforms.
Collaborate with project teams to support planning, execution, and delivery of IT initiatives.
Track and report on project progress, risks, and deliverables across the IT portfolio.
Act as a liaison between IT, business units, and leadership to ensure transparency and alignment.
