Starting base salary : $55-60K

Summary

The Engineer will use CAD software to create new engineering models and manage engineering change requests. 3D modeling and CNC programming background is needed as well. Savvy project management skills and strong attention to detail are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities

Create models and drawings of products using Construct Modeling Software.

Provide production support with CNC programming.

Ensure compliance with industry safety standards.

Design new engineering products and processes.

Find creative design solutions to problems.

Improve existing products and processes.

Requirements

Understanding 3D modeling.

Strong computational and spatial ability.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to present in front of stakeholders and managers.

Degree in Mechanical / CAD Engineering or a similar field preferred.

Understanding of safety standards and the environmental impact of designs.

Previous experience as a Design Engineer or a similar role, with cabinet design experience preferred.

Proficient & proven experience using CAD software, including AutoCAD, Construct, 20 / 20 Insight, AlphaCAM, and CNC programming.
