We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Virtual Data Entry Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. You will work closely with various departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our data management processes. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a remote work environment and has a passion for data accuracy and organization.

Responsibilities :

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems.
• Review and verify data for completeness and correctness.
• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure timely data entry.
• Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information and clarify data discrepancies.
• Prepare reports and summaries based on the data collected.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Assist with data cleanup and quality control initiatives.
• Respond to inquiries and provide support related to data entry tasks.
• Stay updated on data entry best practices and tools.

Qualifications :

The pay range for this role is :

30 - 34 USD per hour(Remote (San Francisco, California, US))
