Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY)  is seeking a Regional Medical Director to lead the  Gotham Health Brooklyn Region  for  NYC Health + Hospitals , the largest public health care system in the country. Our dedicated team at  NYC Health + Hospitals / Gotham Health  provides coordinated care using the best clinical practices and tools to manage patient health. Opportunity Details :

• Oversight of multiple locations in Brooklyn, NY (travel required)
• Create clinical strategy for ambulatory care transformation
• Integrate and implement evidence-based clinical practices
• Provide direct patient care at a minimum of 2 clinical sessions per week
• Quality analytics, clinical reporting, and risk management
• Assessment of clinical providers
• Finance, budget, and reimbursements
• 70% Administrative and 30% Clinical responsibility

Wages and Benefits :

Annual Base Salary : $269,000

The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $295,900

Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
