Salary : $20-$25 Hourly

Royer is looking for a Quality Lead. This position would be responsible for managing

the quality, safety and scrap programs.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Team Management : Lead and mentor the quality team : Providing

guidance, support, and performance feedback to team members.

Develop and implement training : Educating all Royer employees on our quality management

system.

Communicate effectively : Disseminating information, addressing inquiries, and serving as a liaison

between different departments and locations

Developing and implementing : SOPs and procedures for QC personnel.

Oversee quality control activities : Ensuring products and processes meet quality requirements.

Conduct quality audits : Evaluating processes and products to ensure compliance with standards and

regulations.

Monitor and analyze data : Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on quality metrics to identify areas for

improvement.

Ensure corrective actions are implemented : Addressing quality issues and implementing solutions

to prevent recurrence.

Maintain documentation : Ensuring all quality-related documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and

readily available.

Develop and maintain a scrap monitoring program.

Perform safety audits : to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.

Issue corrective actions : to internal departments.

Knowledge of the following is a plus, but not required :

Previous experience in quality control, injection molding

Google Workspace

Large Format Printing

ISO 9001

Lean Manufacturing or TPS

This position is within a state operated secure environment, background clearance is required. This position

will report to the Quality Manager. This position will work on a flexible 40-hour per week schedule and daily

working hours will be discussed during training.

Rate of Pay : $20 / hr - $25 / hr
