Onsite - Monday to Friday; 8AM to 5PM

Description

This role involves working closely with brokers to ensure their satisfaction while focusing on VA and FHA refinance processes.

Processors will be handling VA or FHA Streamline - reviewing documents provided and conditionally approve loans

Additional Skills & Qualifications

FHA & VA refinances, Conditions Review

Strong knowledge of refinances and conditions

Loan Processor experience

2 years experience

Encompass preferred

Strong understanding of FHA and VA refinances, including conditions review.

Minimum of 2 years of loan processing experience (outdated experience will be considered).

Familiarity with Encompass software is preferred.

Proficiency in problem-solving, critical thinking, and applying common sense.

Knowledge of Excel and ability to analyze reports.

Ability to draft Performance and Needs Plans (PNPs) is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00 / hr.
