Director of Revenue Operations

• Strategic alignment : Acts as the connective tissue between go-to-market teams, ensuring all departments work toward a common revenue goal. This involves establishing shared key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategies that track a customer from initial engagement through retention and expansion.
• Process optimization : Streamline and automate workflows across the revenue cycle, identifying and removes bottlenecks in the customer journey, from lead handoff between marketing and sales to customer onboarding.
• Data and analytics : Own managing data across different platforms to create a single source of truth to provide actionable insights for leadership, enabling better forecasting and data-driven decisions.
• Technology stack management : Oversees the selection, implementation, and integration of the tech stack used by revenue-generating teams, such as the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms. Ensure these systems work together seamlessly.
• Enablement and training : Provides the necessary resources, training, and support to ensure teams can effectively use the new processes and tools. Create and maintain a central repository of information to empower revenue teams to work more efficiently.
