As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site construction for a premier luxury housing project in Coral Gables.

Position Overview

The Superintendent will oversee all field operations, ensuring the project is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires exceptional leadership, a deep understanding of high-end residential construction, and the ability to manage complex finishes, luxury materials, and discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all daily on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and field staff.
• Maintain the project schedule; identify and resolve potential delays proactively.
• Oversee quality control and enforce high standards consistent with luxury construction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular progress meetings with project managers, architects, and owners.
• Collaborate closely with the project management team on budgeting, scheduling, and logistics.
• Review and approve subcontractor work, change orders, and punch lists.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, inspections, and as-builts.
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients, designers, and consultants.
