Job Summary :

The Director, Social & Digital Brand Content will lead creative asset development for key seasonal, evergreen, and promotional moments on social and digital media.

Managing a small team of talented, skilled, and enthusiastic junior creative, the Director, Digital Brand Content will ensure globally produced ecommerce assets, digital deliverables, and social-focused promotion initiatives are effective, on-brand, and meet creative and business objectives.

In addition to managing, and mentoring team members, The Director, Digital Brand Content will work closely with senior leadership in synthesizing business and tactical needs to ensure digital brand content is relevant and effective.

What you will do :

• Oversee the development of creative assets, including on model, product only, stills and video, used to support key launches and promotions tailored on social, and digital platforms.
• Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to ensure appropriate and effective brand voice, promotional and product messaging, and creative quality across assets. Explore and be aware of current and emerging trends in social and digital media, both within and outside of the beauty industry.
• Direct the exploration and development of the brand look and feel across key digital platforms, including homepages, email, and digital advertising. Ensure effective collaboration with cross functional team members to ensure appropriate and eye-catching storytelling on digital and social platforms.
• Manage the creation of global guideline and digital media templates for external and internal creative teams responsible for creating final deliverables.

The base pay for this position may vary based on geographic location. Actual base pay offered will be based on several factors including job-specific knowledge, education, skills, and depth of experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as components of a total compensation package, including participation in our bonus program which features the ability to overachieve, in addition to a full range of competitive benefits.

Salary :

$119,925 - $179,888 / year
