• Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations including front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house execution
• Lead

• profit & loss (P&L)
• and cost controls to drive bottom-line performance

• Monitor essential

• and KPIs, such as labor costs, sales, waste, and quality scores
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure consistent

• Collaborate with marketing for local promotions to increase traffic and sales
• What We're Looking For
• Proven background as a
• General Manager
• Assistant Manager
• , or in a similar leadership role in
• restaurant management
• Hands-on experience with POS systems—especially
