We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Controls Engineer to join their dynamic team.

This position plays a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated systems to meet customer-specific requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate robotics and automation technologies that drive efficiency, improve quality, and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities :

• System Design : Develop customized machine systems, considering production goals, space constraints, safety, and budget.
• Integration Planning : Define integration requirements, project scope, timelines, and resource needs in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Hardware and Software Integration : Ensure seamless integration of robotics, sensors, actuators, vision systems, and control platforms.
• Programming and Configuration : Program and debug PLCs, robot controllers, vision systems, and HMIs to ensure reliable and efficient automation.
• Testing and Validation : Conduct testing and fine-tuning to verify performance and compliance with safety standards.
• Documentation and Reporting : Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for support and knowledge transfer.
• Training and Support : Deliver training and technical assistance to users and maintenance teams for successful system adoption.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay current on emerging automation technologies and proactively seek opportunities to improve systems and processes.
