Key Responsibilities
Provide professional support to customers, handling requests and resolving issues efficiently
Manage service orders, investigate billing disputes, and ensure customer proficiency in using the customer portal
Document customer interactions and collaborate with internal departments to improve processes and customer experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of one year of service experience in a customer service or call center environment
Proficiency in Internet, spreadsheet, word processing, email, and presentation software
Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Desire to identify process improvements and implement changes
