Senior Trust Operations Analyst (Contract)
Location : Fully Remote
Contract Duration : 3 Months
Pay Rate : $41 / hr-51 / hr
About the Role :
A Financial Advice & Wealth Management company is seeking a Senior Trust Operations Professional to join their team on a short-term contract basis. This individual will provide expert-level operational support for a complex book of trust business, with a focus on account lifecycle processing and daily operational functions.
This is a high-impact role requiring direct experience in Trust Operations (not Trust Admin, Trust Investment, or Compliance). Candidates without direct trust operations experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities :
- Open new trust accounts and process complex account terminations
- Perform client and account maintenance in trust administration systems
- Reconcile Trust Account DDAs
- Process cash transactions and fee disbursements
- Support daily net settlement processes
- Communicate with advisors and clients to ensure accurate and timely service
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with internal quality standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams supporting PTS accounts
- Provide support on training, quality assurance, and operational projects
- Perform system posting, batch processing, and reporting
