Clinical Therapist

Job Description

The Clinical Therapist provides psychosocial assessments, care coordination, crisis intervention, and therapy services to children, youth, and families in a community-based behavioral health setting.

• Collaborates with program teams to develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Participates in team meetings and documents client progress and outcomes.
• Works closely with clients, families, and community partners to ensure comprehensive support.

Qualifications include a valid New Mexico license (e.g., LMHC, LMSW), bilingual preferred, with at least 3 years of experience working with adults with serious mental illness or co-occurring disorders. Must pass background checks, hold CPR / First Aid certification, and have a clean driving record and auto insurance.
