The Senior Finance Associate partners with key business units to provide financial and payroll insights that enhance operational efficiency and profitability. This role emphasizes collaboration across multiple teams to deliver clear, data-driven analysis and actionable recommendations that support informed decision-making.

This is a fast-paced and highly analytical position requiring a strategic thinker who can balance multiple priorities, communicate complex data clearly, and drive meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, interpret, and report on the organizations financial performance, including revenue trends, operating results, and program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with leadership to assess and optimize sales incentive programs and related compensation structures.
  • Prepare summaries and performance recaps for executive leadership, highlighting financial impacts and execution recommendations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Reporting teams to ensure alignment between financial data, operational outcomes, and organizational goals.
  • Develop data models, forecasting tools, and executive dashboards to support strategic planning and decision-making.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field required.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience , with at least 4 years in an analytical or financial planning capacity .
  • Proven success in supporting leadership with data analysis, forecasting, and reporting tools.
