Stepdown Registered Nurse

Responsibilities\n\nAs a Stepdown Registered Nurse, you will provide essential care to patients who are in transitional units. These patients are too ill for the medical-surgical floor but do not require intensive care. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to : \n

• Evaluating and monitoring patient progress, while identifying sudden or subtle changes in their medical condition.\n
• Calculating drug dosages, titrating medication doses, administering continuous medication infusions, and monitoring patients for medication effects.\n
