JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic recordActive Bar Admission in California, in good standing6+ years (Class of 2018+) of substantive labor and employment law experienceLitigation Expertise : Significant experience managing litigation matters independently, including drafting pleadings , managing discovery , taking depositions , and handling hearingsStrong analytical, research, and legal writing skillsAbility to oversee case strategy, manage deadlines, and interact directly with clients and opposing counselProfessionalism : Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and a client-service mindset in a fast-paced environmentKey Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits
