Mortgage Compliance Manager

A company is looking for a Mortgage Disposition Desk Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Dispositions Team, including coaching and performance reviews

Monitor and assist with escalated disposition reversals and urgent requests

Ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to dispositions and provide training as needed

Required Qualifications

High school diploma; college preferred

Minimum of 4+ years experience in the mortgage lending industry

3+ years regulatory compliance experience preferred

Familiarity with ECOA, FRCA, HMDA, and Fair Lending guidelines

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
