Scope of the position :
The Sales Director - Remote (preferably Houston, TX) will aggressively drive new business acquisition and relentlessly pursue untapped markets within their assigned territories to achieve— and exceed— sales targets. This role demands a true hunter : someone who thrives on prospecting, creating, and capturing new accounts, expanding the customer base far beyond current boundaries. The ideal candidate will take ownership for building a robust pipeline and closing deals, leveraging both direct sales and a dynamic network of independent sales representatives to seize every opportunity and maximize market penetration and revenue growth. Expect frequent travel (up to 70%) to relentlessly open doors and secure new business.
Responsibilities :
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES – PROFICIENCY REQUIRED
EDUCATION :
Bachelor’s degree (BS), Engineering degree preferred or equivalent commercial experience with a technical manufactured product, heat exchangers preferred.
