Legends Global is in search of an Accounts Receivable Specialist to provide financial, administrative, and clerical services. The Accounts Receivable Specialist prepares accounts receivable transactions and processes customer payments. This role also creates invoices according to company practices and submits them for approval by management or clients. Collection calls and emails and tracking for status updates when necessary. Accounts receivable duties include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts. High attention to service with diplomacy.
