$450 to $475 per hour

About The Position

Outpatient-Focused Oncology Assignment with Flexible Scheduling in Indiana

Highlights

  • The schedule is flexible; choose your patient care hours between 8 a.m. and 5 : 30 p.m.
  • This is a balanced role with a primary focus on outpatient care.
  • There is no long-term commitment required, with assignments available through next summer.
  • Work a consistent, rotating call schedule every fourth or fifth week.

Practice Setting

  • This role includes inpatient, outpatient, and telehealth components.
  • The patient mix is 70% oncology and 30% benign hematology.
  • You will provide coverage for a hospital with a Level 3 Trauma Center.
  • Schedule

  • The schedule includes 36 hours of patient care per week.
  • Hospital call is a rotating schedule of Q4 to Q5.
  • The expected hospital visits are for new consults on weekdays and rounding on Saturday and / or Sunday.
  • Procedures and Cases

  • You will handle new consults at the hospital while supervising advanced practice providers.
  • You will be responsible for rounding on assigned patients.
  • Requirements

  • Fellowship is required, and candidates must be board-eligible.
  • You must be licensed in Indiana or hold an IMLC.
  • BLS certification is required.
