Halff has an immediate opening for an experienced Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Water Resources team in Houston, TX. The candidate must be able to successfully work on projects and work closely with our internal and external clients, perform flood risk education and planning, flood infrastructure planning, and design for private and public stormwater infrastructure. Halff is seeking a skilled professional to work in a highly collaborative environment to create cost-effective, maintainable, and sustainable solutions for municipalities, governmental agencies and developers. What You Will Do

• Support project teams in the design and analysis of water resources design projects.
• Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and analysis.
• Assist in the development of master drainage plans.
• Prepare and review engineering documents and reports.
• Prepare and review plans, specification and bid documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
