• Lead & manage the Service Drive Team - recruit, train, and oversee daily valet operations
• Ensure efficiency & service excellence - maintain high standards in all aspects of the role
• Monitor safety & compliance - conduct safety reviews and enforce company policies
• Strengthen client relationships - serve as the primary point of contact for dealership leadership
• Oversee payroll & scheduling - manage employee time tracking and budget allocation
• Develop future leaders - mentor staff and identify team members for growth opportunitiesWhat We're Looking For :
• Supervisory experience - preferably in valet, automotive, or hospitality management
• Excellent communication skills - ability to interact professionally with employees and clients
• Strong problem-solving ability - quick thinking and decision-making in a fast-paced setting
• Detail-oriented & organized - effective management of schedules and operations
• Valid driver's license - minimum 5 years of driving experience with a clean recordWorking Conditions :
